  • The form will not allow you to save the information for later editing. Please prepare on your device all the information and files you will need before starting your entry. An asterisk ( *) indicates a required field.
  • When the data transmission has been completed, a notification page will appear to notify the completion of data transmission.
  • When your application is successfully received, an e-mail will be automatically sent to your email account from Niigata University.
